Help us and help your business to be more visible to people in and around Highclere and local villages.
For just £35 a year you can have your own web page at HighclereVillage.com, linked to our Local Directory and Links pages and getting your message across to local people and businesses.
By advertising at HighclereVillage.com you will:
- Make your products and services known to local people and businesses
- Have a prestige local web address - for example:
http://www.highclerevillage.com/organisations/directory/theredhouse.htm
(see below regarding availability of particular addresses) - Make a strong statement about your support for the local community
- Have the option of a local email address - for example the-red-house@highclerevillage.com - at no extra charge (normally £10 a year) (see below regarding availability of particular addresses)
If you already have a web site your advertisement at HighclereVillage.com will be linked to your site. If you don't have an existing site, an advertising page here gives you a world wide web address that you can use on your stationery and in your advertising.
Note that we will allocate your web page and email address dependent on what addresses may already have been used. Proper names (such as The Red House) will usually be available, but generic names (such as http://www.highclerevillage.com/plumber.htm) can obviously only be allocated once. In general we will allocate a proper name rather than a generic name.

We work closely with the Highclere, Ashmansworth and Crux Easton parish magazine. If you already advertise in the magazine you can take an advertising page at HighclereVillage.com for only £30 a year. If don't yet advertise in the magazine, take a web page at HighclereVillage.com and you will get a discount on your new advertisement in the magazine.
We do all the work!
Your advertising page at HighclereVillage.com can be up and running in a day or two. All we need from you are:
- The name, address and other contact details for your business (ie phone, fax)
- Your existing business email address if you have one
- Your existing web address if you have one
- The text for any message you want to put across on your advertising page
- A picture or other illustration if you have something suitable - otherwise we will find a suitable illustration from our wide range of images
- Your preferred name for the web and for email (such as 'The Red Lion')
- Also let us know if you have an existing advertisement with the Highclere, Ashmansworth and Crux Easton parish magazine
We will send you an invoice for your first year's payment. As soon as we receive your payment we will put your new web page online and tell you where to look at it. Once it is up and running details may be changed or added at any time.
If you prefer, you may provide us with a web page already constructed (a .htm or .html file) and we will place that in HighclereVillage.com instead of creating a new one for you. Or we can introduce a competent locally-based specialist who will work with you to develop a special page.
