Need more help? If you need help with your home or business computers, internet connections or related matters it is available locally. Highclere-on-the-Web aims to encourage and assist local people, organisations and businesses to be successful and satisfied users of the Internet. To this end our Frequently Asked Questions pages provide answers to many every day questions and our Directory includes local people and companies that can provide additional support. If you want to take advantage of the local email services, web pages or web sites offered by Highclere-on-the-Web but you feel you need personal advice that is not covered in our FAQs, we have arranged for support to be provided by local resident David Steggal (PfX Services). How to get help First - check our Frequently Asked Questions page Here are examples of David's standard charges for routine support services:
Please note that any effort or terms agreed with David are between the individual or company and David's company PfX Services. Neither the Highclere-on-the-Web programme nor any of its partner organisations provide any warranty or other undertaking in this respect. If you have computer and/or Internet skills and would like to help local people to 'get connected' (whether on a voluntary or paid basis) we would like to hear from you - please get in touch by emails info@highclerevillage.com.
