Searching the net reveals a place in New Zealand called Highclere Downs, but no information except that it is in the Canterbury area. The Getty Thesaurus of Geographic Names lists only our own Highclere. But that doesn't mean there are no others, since Getty doesn't list anywhere at all called Woolton Hill, not even our own Woolton Hill! Anyone know of other places called Highclere?
