The following applications were considered:
BDB 49053/4 Zell House Farm, Hollington Cross
Listed Building Consent, Conversion of barn to B1use. Creation of W.C. facilities and partial first floor and creation of parking area.
OBJECTION:
Due to insufficient information on possible use and materials to be used.
Comments:
Increase of traffic from staff and visitors could cause obstruction in narrow lanes.
BDB 49110 1 and 2 Crowshott Cottages, Westridge, Highclere
Removal of single storey extension and garage and conversion of cottages into one with car port and extensions

Erection of replacement dwelling with integral garage

BDB 48560 5 bedroom dwelling and double garage, land adjoining Westridge, Tubbs Lane
Councillors expressed concern that building works had commenced although the planning approval required a scheme to protect trees and hedges to be submitted. The clerk was asked to check with the planning authority that this requirement has been met.
