77/00 PLANNING continued

Ref BDB47636 Woodside, Pantings Lane. Copies of the following correspondence has been circulated to all Cuncillors:

A letter dated 08 May 2000 has been received from BDBC planning officer Russell Mounty noting our comments on the inappropriateness of discussing this development with Thames Vale Homes before seeking the opinion of parishioners. He also defined the position on planning refusals of an adjoining property.

A letter dated 16 May 2000 has been received from Thames Vale Homes offering to come and discuss with the Parish Council the proposed development including a substitute house type for plot1. Councillors have already conferred, and the Clerk has advised Mr Peter Crawford that at the next Council meeting on 13th June the Council will discuss the development with Thames Vale Homes.

It was pointed out however that there are already several topics for the June agenda, and a special meeting on another evening would be preferable. The Clerk will arrange an alternative date and venue to enable the Parish Council, Mr Russell Mounty, Thames Vale Homes, and parishioners to meet together for this purpose.

THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS THE MEETING WAS BROUGHT TO A CLOSE
