APPLICATIONS
The following planning
applications were considered:
BDB 51631/2 Old Beer House, Penwood
Listed Building Consent, Erection of a new
garage block with self contained unit of accommodation above:
NO OBJECTION SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
A brick factor should be employed to ensure that the bricks and tiles
used match the house, and at no time will it be permitted to sell this building
independent from the main house.
Councillor Mrs Roberts required that it be noted in the minutes that
she objected to this application, and was against the majority vote.

Listed Building Consent, Erection of a single
storey conservatory to the rear of the building

Removal of condition 7 BDB45594 preventing windows on East and West
elevations
OBJECTION FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS
The circumstances, under which condition 7 of application BDB45594, to
prevent windows at the east and west, were imposed, are just the same today,
and the privacy of neighbours should be protected. There has been no
change to neighbouring properties.
