The Parish Council meets in Highclere Village Hall on the second Tuesday of each month except for August and December.

Meetings of the Council are held in public - residents of the Parish are very welcome to attend and listen to the discussion. Any resident may address the Council on any matter of concern or interest. Public speaking is usually taken at the beginning of the meeting - its helpful if residents intending to speak will please inform the Clerk in advance. Matters for the agenda and requests to speak at the meeting should be sent in writing (preferably by email) to the Clerk. Reports by our Borough and County Council Members are also received.
